The Pittsburgh conference of the United Evangelical Church and members from the Fulton Street Evangelical Church in Pittsburgh established a mission church in Wilkinsburg with Reverend Fleming Wilson Bartlett becoming the first minister. The congregation dedicated the brick chapel of the Biddle Avenue United Evangelical Church on October 23, 1898, at Pitt St. and Biddle Ave., and about a year later later built an extension to the chapel.
The congregation, in need of more room, built the church at Wallace Ave. and Hay St. The Grace United Evangelical Church was dedicated on November 14, 1915.

The United Evangelical Church and The Evangelical Association denominations merged in 1922 to form The Evangelical Church.
In 1946, The Evangelical Church and the Church of the United Brethren in Christ (New Constitution) formed the Evangelical United Brethren. The Grace Church became the Grace Evangelical United Brethren Church.
Grace Church in 1975 merged with the Christ Church at Coal St. and South Ave.
In 1977, the Church of God of Prophecy acquired the church building. Rev. David Philips is listed as the minister.
April 2004, the Mulberry Community Church purchased the building from the Church of God of Prophecy.
The Mulberry Community Church was renamed Victory Global Ministries of Pittsburgh in 2023. The congregation is active and the future looks hopeful.
